Instructions

  1. Mix the Filling: In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce, ¼ cup shredded mozzarella, and ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning. Add a pinch of garlic powder or red pepper flakes if you like a bit of heat. Stir until well combined.
